How do I return an item?

  1. Reverse Shipping Fee: A fee of INR 199 per piece will be applicable for reverse shipping.
  2. Exchange Process: For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will courier the new item to you.
  3. Return Process: For returns, INR 199 per piece will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the reverse shipping fee. The balance will be transferred to your account once we receive the product.
Defective Products ?

If you receive a product that is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Parcel Opening Video: Make a video while opening the parcel to document any defects. This video is essential for processing your return.
  2. Report the Defect: Contact our customer service team with the parcel opening video and details of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Return Processing: Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a full refund in 7 working days to your account after receiving the returned product. No reverse shipping fee will be charged for defective products.
